Transmit ultrasonic energy to the welding area via welding parts, since the acoustic resistance at the welding interface is high, therefore high temperature is produced accordingly. As the thermal conductivity of plastics is low, the high temperature is not able to be sent out as soon as possible and gathers around the welding area resulting in that the interface of the two plastic surfaces melts quickly and mixes together after adding certain pressure. After the ultrasonic wave stops and keep the pressure to maintain certain holding time so that it may solidify and form into one firm molecular chain, then it is welded. The welding intensity is close to the intensity of raw materials.
